Artist Statement

I find creative inspiration in many sources, the most notable and consistent being my physical surroundings.  For that reason, I have named my women’s ready-to-wear collections for the places that have shaped my personal sense of style and continue to influence my jewelry designs.                       

I also craft made to order jewelry for women, men and children and take great pleasure in working one-on-one with clients to design the piece best suited to the intended recipient’s individual style and personality.  My custom-designed pieces are commonly worn at special events, such as weddings and formal affairs, given as gifts, or simply used to enhance

everyday wardrobes.

All Jennifer Hughes Designs are one of a kind and crafted by hand, to my own exacting standards for excellence and originality.  I use only the highest-quality precious and semi-precious gemstones, metals and other natural materials, which I have hand chosen for their unique shape, vibrant color and luxurious texture.
